1) Call Jamie for a complimentary 20-minute phone call to see if coaching is a good fit for your teen.

2) If you feel coaching will be helpful for your teen, schedule an intake session. Intake sessions last about 90 minutes and are for parents only. This session will help Jamie develop a custom coaching plan that will work best for your teen.

3) Commit! In order for coaching to be effective, it takes a commitment from both you and your teen. 6 weeks is the minimum commitment. The best coaching relationships develop over time. Weekly sessions are recommended.
