Jamie has helped thousands of girls, perhaps your daughter is next!
ROBYN & SUMMER

When I first met Jamie, I was anxious, distraught, beaten down, depressed, and felt as though I had failed my daughter as her mother. After exchanging pleasantries on that first call. Jamie assured me she comes from a place of no judgement. Strangely enough. you actually feel that as she responds and while you explain your journey. No matter how shocking my story was, I felt comfortable telling her. Then Well. I started from the top with a laundry list of parenting mistakes, stories involving my daughters judgement calls and friend group choices, personal, and emotional challenges I was experiencing with my 1.7yr old; the whole shebang! My daughter was heading down the wrong path and running awry with a broken moral compass.

Jamie listened intently and within the first half hour of the call, I felt my tense shoulders drop and the person on the other end of that phone heard me; she understood. She felt my pain and anguish and desperation for better relationship with my daughter, as well as. how badly I wanted her to love the person she is. By the end of the call felt calmer, more in control, and like it was definitely going to be ok.

Fast forward 10 weeks...

Jamie. you have made such a HUGE impact on our lives and you saved my girl! We were both so broken. I see more confidence in my little beauty. I see a young lady that has beautiful ideas and ideals. She takes accountability for her actions and her moral compass has been repaired. Thank you.

JILLIAN & AVA

I had been truly wanting to help Ava for a while now. We saw a change in her in 6th grade when she went from being a happy, magnetic. confident girl in elementary school, to experiencing some meanness in middle school by a couple of girls in her friend group. This began a 3 year downward spiral in her self confidence. She became angry and somber. Coupled with puberty, this was a time of extreme emotional distress. She said things like. "I hate my life...l'm ugly...no one likes me...no one wants me...I hate school...you hate me...and many other upsetting things for parents to hear. We basically walked on eggshells around her because she could erupt at any moment.

During COVID, she saw her "friends" getting together on social media and not being included and then I saw a testimonial about Jamie from a teen online that struck me about how sometimes talk therapy isn't enough to break the cycle of negative self talk and doesn't provide the tools to ride out of the funk. And this teen did a total 180 with Jamie! Ava has tried some therapy with a lot of resistance! So, I took a chance on Jamie and it was the best decision for her!

Finding Jamie for our daughter was the best way to prepare her for high school. Now. she is eager and ready for school! I haven't worried about Ava in months. It's been such a gift to know that she is practicing positive self talk. excitedly doing the course work. meeting girls her age in the group sessions from all over the country in such a safe and nurturing environment. A huge bonus for us was that we got some incredible material for the parents to learn from which was beneficial from the beginning. This course is very well planned and you can see thatJamie is an expert and a caring mentor/coach. We are excited for our girl and forever grateful for Jamie for pulling our beautiful girl out from a dark time. I wish this information on all teen girls!

JULIE & KELSEY

I have a beautiful, smart, tenderhearted, talented, and funny daughter. She has much to offer this world and those around her. Up until now, very few people knew the real Kelsey. It was just too hard, and not worth the anxiety it brought on, to put herself into situations where she could get to know others, open up to them, and allow them into her life. As a mother, this was at times very. very, difficult to see. It was so frustrating and difficult for her, she once told me she would rather have a physical disability than her anxiety. That made me realize just how painful this was for her.
